TotPlayer offers a full refund if you are not satisfied with your subscription and request it within 30 days of your purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Request a refund

Our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle, handles refunds. Visit paddle.net to request one, with the email address used at checkout and your order details. You may also email hello@totplayer.com for help.

Refunds are processed under Paddle’s refund policy. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your TotPlayer Account page to avoid future renewals; cancellation alone is not a refund request.
