Terms of service

Last updated 19 October 2026

Using TotPlayer

TotPlayer lets parents curate a child-friendly audio shelf. By continuing to use TotPlayer, you agree to these terms. Your agreement is with the seller, Rasmus Johan Halldin, operating as TotPlayer (“we” or “us”). The app is licensed for personal family use under the plan you choose, not for resale or commercial redistribution.

Your account

An adult account is needed to set up My songs. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has access. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Keep your account information accurate.

Acceptable use

Do not use TotPlayer unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe anyone’s intellectual property. Do not upload content you lack rights to use, distribute malware, probe security, scrape the service, interfere with other users, or try to bypass access controls. You are responsible for the files you add to your device.

Content in the app

  • TotPlayer songs are licensed to you for personal listening within the app. Please do not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
  • Your own files stay yours. By adding them you confirm you have the right to play them, and they never leave your device.

We retain ownership of TotPlayer’s software, documentation, design, branding and original content.

Payments and subscriptions

The Launch Offer is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year in USD, before any applicable taxes displayed at checkout. An eligible new parent starts a 7-day full-library trial when first signed in. No card is required, only one trial is available per account, and the trial ends without an automatic charge. To continue after the trial, choose a paid plan and complete checkout. Paid subscriptions renew at the displayed rate unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel through the Account page; access lasts through the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or serious or repeated misuse. You may stop using TotPlayer and request account deletion. Ending access does not change any rights you have under applicable consumer law; locally stored files remain on your device until you remove them or clear browser data.

Availability

We work hard to keep TotPlayer running, but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruption or entirely free of faults. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. If something meaningful changes we will say so on this page and update the date above.
